Our Mission: To provide comprehensive Transportation Code training to peace officers in the State of Texas and to develop instructors for future generations.

This program is managed by the Texas Highway Patrol’s State Crash Reconstruction Team. Training is provided to in-agency and outside-agency peace officers in the state of Texas. All courses earn TCOLE credit and are offered at no cost.
