Sgt. Scott Hewitt
Program Coordinator/Course Coordinator/Instructor
Sgt. Hewitt has been employed with the Texas Department of Public Safety since 2005. He began instructing the Transportation Code in 2015 and is part of the Texas DPS State Crash Reconstruction Team.

Sgt. Morgan began his law enforcement career in 2000 and has been employed with the Texas Department of Public Safety since 2006. He began instructing the Transportation Code in 2016 and is stationed in Kerrville.
